PAO-based Synthetic Refrigeration Oil Texlube 902 Series

Product Overview

TEX902 is a high-quality refrigeration oil formulated with polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base oil. Its molecular structure builds a stable, high-strength lubricating film that delivers excellent wear protection and system efficiency. Thanks to its wax-free nature and absence of a floc point, PAO minimizes the risk of oil-related deposits and prevents clogging in expansion valves or control lines—keeping the refrigeration circuit clean and running smoothly. TEX902 is engineered for high-load, high-temperature conditions such as industrial heat pumps, offering outstanding thermal stability to extend oil life and reduce maintenance. As one of the most advanced synthetic base oils, PAO allows for fine-tuned viscosity control through polymerization, supporting a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning applications.

TEX902 Series is suitable for use in reciprocating, screw, and scroll compressors operating with ammonia (NH₃), halogenated hydrocarbons (such as R12, R22, and R114), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and other common refrigerants including R134a, R404A, and R507. It is especially well-suited for systems that experience a wide range of temperatures or frequently changing operating conditions. Formulated with PAO (polyalphaolefin) synthetic base oil, TEX902 ensures excellent refrigerant compatibility, delivering reliable lubrication and long-term system stability.

  1. Before Oil Replacement:
Thoroughly clean the entire system, drain the old oil, and remove any sludge or contaminants to ensure optimal lubrication performance.
  2. Do Not Mix with Other Oils:
This product must not be mixed with other lubricants to prevent compatibility issues and maintain chemical stability.
  3. Operating Environment:
Avoid exposure to moisture, dust, or other impurities that may contaminate the oil and affect system operation.
  4. Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Keep away from direct sunlight. This product is non-flammable and non-explosive.
  5. Routine Monitoring:
Regularly inspect the oil condition. If signs of degradation, discoloration, or contamination are found, replace the oil promptly.
