Specification of Mineral Refrigeration Oil-Texlube GS Series

  • Excellent Chemical and Thermal Stability:  Does not react with refrigerants or system materials; prevents carbon buildup and clogging in discharge valves and other high-temperature areas
  • Outstanding Low-Temperature Fluidity: Maintains refrigerant miscibility under low-load conditions; ensures reliable oil return in the system
  • Broad System Compatibility: Suitable for air conditioners, refrigerators, and freezer compressors; compatible with HFCs (R22, R12, R502) and natural refrigerants (R600a, R717, R290)
  • Superior Low-Temperature Performance: Low pour and floc points prevent wax precipitation on evaporators and other key components; ensures stable performance in cold environments

TEXLUBE GS series refrigeration oil is suitable for fully enclosed and semi-hermetic compressors using R22 as the primary refrigerant. It is also compatible with systems using R600a, R290, R502, R717, and R12 refrigerants, and is especially recommended for systems operating with evaporating temperatures above –43°C.

The GS series is widely used in air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, and industrial refrigeration systems. It supports stable performance across various compressor types, including reciprocating, rotary, scroll, screw, and centrifugal models.

This series is commonly recommended by compressor manufacturers for use in new units as well as after equipment servicing or overhaul.

  1. Keep the oil container clean, dry, and protected from light. Avoid exposure to moisture, water ingress, or any mechanical contaminants.
  2. Avoid direct contact with skin. In case of accidental contact, rinse with clean water and dry with a paper towel.
  3. Before refilling with new oil, drain the used oil completely and thoroughly clean system pipelines to remove residual deposits and contaminants.
  4. During operation, follow the recommended oil change intervals to prevent equipment damage caused by oil degradation.
  5. This product is non-flammable and non-explosive.
